We work so hard everyday but what does it get us? Do we feel trully satisfied from the hard earned fruits of our labors? We often end the day, and even begin it feeling tired and overwhelmed. Maybe that's because we are overworked and underfed. Jesus says "Come to me all of you who are tired and find life burdensome, and I will give you rest." I give you a thirty-day challenge, nourish your soul a little bit more in whichever way attracts you most and see what a difference it can make. Here is some of the food on the menu at Holy Name:
